In information on the matter, a security official said a bus overturned on the national highway in Goripura district of Avantipura, injuring several passengers. All the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment, but 3 of them died on the way to the hospital while another passenger lost his life in SDH Pampore. All the passengers killed were also told to be residents of Bihar.

After obtaining the information about the accident, the police and management team immediately arrived at the scene and started the rescue operation. Those injured in the accident were immediately taken to the nearby hospital, but 3 of them were reported dead on the way to the hospital.
