Montfaucon country. International Day of Forests with a movie screening at Denier on March 21st

On the occasion of the International Day of Forests, the association Fransylva 43, which brings together the private forest owners of the province, and the commune community of the Pays de Montfaucon is organizing a screening of the very recent documentary by Jean Desmaison When the Forester Moon appears.
When and Where ?
This 52-minute documentary looks at the problems currently facing the forest. The director went to meet the women and men who manage, conserve and protect the forest. This screening takes place at the Le Maubourg cinema, in Deniers, on Tuesday, March 21, at 8 pm. Admission is free within the limits of available places.
The presentation will be followed by a discussion with representatives of local forests.
Why such a meeting?
The forest occupies 50% of the territory of the Pays de Montfaucon. 43 – Nada It is an association of forest owners that represents, advocates and educates them.
The community of municipalities of Pays de Montfaucon hosts many activities related to the timber industry. It encourages the rational and sustainable exploitation of this essential resource for its lands.
